This class will introduce you the basics of soldering. We will start with the use of soldering irons, soldering wires, soldering paste, and circuit boards. This class is free to members. Nonmembers will be charged a fee of $10 for the class and materials.

Come join Fernando for the beginning of the month introduction classes to get you ready to use machines at MakerSpace!

12pm - 1pm: Plotter, G-Code, Bitmap to Vector Conversion: Learn how to operate the plotter, understand and apply G-Code to your projects (used with other machines like 3D printers and the CNC machine), and convert bitmap images to vector files that can be cut on the plotter.

1pm -2pm: Vinyl Cutting and Graphic T-Shirt Transfer: Use the skills you learn in the 12pm class to learn how to cut vinyl for projects around your home, business, or car. Learn how to use the plotter to cut t-shirt transfers to make your own custom t-shirts.

The class is free for members.

Non-members can pay $10 for the class or $25 for all classes this week (Monday - Sunday).
